Our Hapkido class is our primary program - teaching martial arts classes to a mixed group of students, ranging from 6 years old through adult.

Private Lessons for Hapkido or self-defense training are scheduled outside of normal class times, according to availability.  Rates are charged per person, per session.

Our Self-Defense course is a 4-week training program that offers basic self-defense instruction once per week, scheduled outside of normal class times, according to availability.  The course may encompass practical skills taken from our normal martial arts classes, depending on skill level and desired results.

Groups must consist of 3 or more participants. This course is for adults (13+ years old); for younger participants, see our Bully-Defense Course for kids.

Our Hapkido class is our primary program - teaching martial arts classes to a mixed group of students, ranging from 6 years old through adult.

Our Kinder-Kido program series is setup for 3-6 year-olds and helps kids who want to take martial arts classes, but still need help mastering coordination and motor skills before entering our standard Hapkido Program.  This class is also a good option for hyperactive kids who may need help learning how to focus and stay on task.  The class offers some basic self-defense moves the kids can use when they encounter strangers as well as bullies out in the real world!

Our Bully-Defense class is a 4-week kid's course (ages 6 through 12), 1 class per week, scheduled outside of normal class times, according to availability.  We teach basic self-defense and empowerment to help them when facing any variety of bullies in their daily life.  Groups must consist of 3 or more participants.  This course can be used for family units that include adults.
